Costs and Insurance

Opal is currently in-network for all levels of care with Premera Blue Cross and First Choice Health Network. We are also a Regence BlueShield contracted provider for outpatient care, but not our Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs. If we are not in-network with your insurance carrier, we are happy to bill your insurance company on an out-of-network basis. Opal is in the process of becoming in-network with several other health insurance companies.

We will provide client advocacy with health insurance companies and complete pre-authorizations and required case reviews. Prior to receiving services, every effort will be made to verify insurance eligibility and benefits and educate clients about possible financial obligations. A fee schedule is available upon request.

We accept cash, check and credit card for any out of pocket financial obligations.
