Intake Process

We are currently taking referrals and all of our programs are up and running. If you are interested in seeking care with Opal, contact us to begin the intake process.

The admissions process starts with an initial phone intake with Nancy Angell, MA, our Intake Coordinator.  From there, we check your insurance eligibility and benefits. Once the financial arrangements have been agreed upon, we arrange an in-person intake assessment appointment.  After this appointment, we make a recommendation regarding the most appropriate level of care for your treatment.  If we can offer the recommended services at Opal, we then begin the process of setting up your care plan.
