Intensive Outpatient Programs: Day & Evening
Evening Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intensive Outpatient Program (DBT IOP) begins May 14, 2012. Program hours are Monday & Wednesday 4:45-7:45 and Thursday 4:35-7:45. Clients in this program will learn and practice DBT skills just after eating a meal at Opal.
Daytime IOP Hours: 3 hours/day, 3 days/week (Monday-Friday). Program tailored to suit the unique treatment needs of each client.
Population Served: Adult women (ages 18+) with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, eating disorder not otherwise specified, exercise compulsion, and orthorexia
Medical Care: Medical visits as recommended
Psychiatric Care: Medication evaluation and/or monitoring as needed
Nutrition: 1) Breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or snack meal support and 2) Regular individual nutrition counseling
Mental Health Therapy: 1) Individual psychotherapy, 2) Couples & family therapy as appropriate and 3) Group therapy which can include Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Addictions, Yoga Therapy, Relational Process, and Art Therapy
