Meridith sees therapy as a creative and collaborative relationship where clients can learn to reconnect with their inherent wholeness and embodied wisdom. She believes therapy can help honor how clients have survived to the present moment while learning more adaptive coping strategies to carry forward. Her professional areas of interest include somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy.
Meridith’s interests also include attachment, attuned/intuitive eating, LGBTQIA+ issues, gender affirming care, spirituality, and substance abuse and recovery.
In her free time, Meridith enjoys spending time with their partner and two young children, reading, gardening, and exploring the many lakes and parks in the Seattle area.
