Intake Specialist + Movement Coach

Uses She/Her pronouns

Riley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the State of Washington (MC61573029) with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

Riley splits her time between working as an Intake Specialist as well as Movement Coach, bringing a spirit of openness and welcome to both roles. As a Movement Coach, Riley pulls from not only a clinical background but also from lived experience as a former Track and Field athlete. Relationship to movement is both so personal and yet universal, and Riley looks always to hold a space where clients can tell the truth of what it is like to be in their bodies. When certainty can be hard to come by, Riley believes in the power of expression- be that in storytelling, dance, attending to a body sensation, or a good cry. Ultimately, Riley is hoping to work with clients to find the trailhead of the path that leads back to them.

In her free and wild time, Riley can be found giggling at a really good show, finding all the neighborhood kitties to pet, cross-country skiing before it gets too dusky, and trying to remember last night’s dream.
